Stephanie grew up in Provence, where her walks to school led her through the fragrant garrigue, a truffle oak grove and vineyards. Throughout her childhood she had a permanent position in the kitchen and dining room of her parents’ restaurant, grounding her in the hospitality and wine business. After a BA in languages and business at the University of Aix-en-Provence, she moved to Paris to work in PR & Communications where she explored the food scene, boulevard by boulevard. A need to spread her roots motivated her to leave the old world and start a new adventure at the international department of CDB/EURO RSCG in Manhattan. Three years later, she founded her namesake agency specialized in food, wine and spirits.

For the past 25 years, she has been advocating relentlessly for authentic products and has been seen roaming greenmarkets with chefs to strategize restaurant openings, hiking through vineyards with sommeliers and journalists and hosting events and seminars all over the country.

She is bilingual in French and English, and has working knowledge of Italian.
