The Chocolate Show

We annually produced and promoted the Chocolate Show, the largest chocolate event in the US for 8 years with 40+ renowned pastry chefs and chocolatiers such as Jacques Torres and François Payard. The agency developed cross promotions with Viking, Barnes & Noble Booksellers, the New York City Visitors and Convention Bureau, the Institute of Culinary Education,, Food Arts, Chocolatier, Time Out New York and Travel + Leisure. As well as executing 7 fashion shows with dressed made from chocolate from 20+ famous designers.

Wines of Alsace

We have created a number of engaging and sales-driven trade promotions for the Wines of Alsace. For Legal Sea Foods, the agency organized a month long campaign with Wine Director Sandy Block MW in 25 restaurants across 7 states. The program placed multiple Alsace wines by the glass and on the lists, and included consumer and press events and staff trainings – all of which resulted in over 700 cases of Alsace wine being sold in a month.

We crafted an inventive and multifaceted program with Binny’s Beverage Depot for a Wines of Alsace promotional month, which featured an in-store tasting and signage in all 28 Binny’s stores, a manager’s training session and an online and social media campaign – all leading to an increase of +86% in sales (June 2011 compared to June 2012).

Lincoln Ristorante

During a two-and-a-half year program, we forged strong relationships with the Lincoln Center constituents such as New York City Ballet, the Julliard School, the New York Philharmonic, Jazz at Lincoln Center, creating numerous cross-promotion opportunities.
