We positioned the 25 premium olive oils of O&CO as nectars—not simply ingredients for cooking. These olive oils became part of the artisanal culinary conversation, thanks to the agency enlisting Rick Moonen as the ambassador chef and implementing a brand campaign that gave the oils “Grand Cru” status.
Rebranding a Wine Region: Wines of Alsace
We launched a 3-year campaign for the Wines of Alsace with a revitalized brand platform, emphasizing the “Pure Expression” of these wines. Along with the tagline, the agency created striking graphic elements that capture the vibrancy of Alsace for a media campaign, social media platforms and a new website.
Updating an Established Restaurant: Aquavit
We repositioned Aquavit as a leader of Nordic cuisine and launched its new executive chef, Marcus Jernmark. The agency brought prominent press to the table to experience the kitchen’s progressive take on authentic flavors and techniques. From our persistent media outreach, chef Jernmark was named Zagat’s “30 under 30” of up-and-coming talent and owner Håkan Swahn received the coveted Food Arts Silver Spoon Award.
